Time flies. Seven months ago on my last post I wrote about a pain that I was dealing with which turned out to be a stress fracture. From what I read a lot of stress fractures you take a couple months off and you are good. I didn't fall under that category, I had several setbacks. I was a slow learner as a kid so it only fits that I would be a slow healer. Over the last couple months I am pleased to say that I have been able to do some very limited walk/runs pain free. My biggest challenge seems to be a mental one, scared it will come back. NO BUENO!
Oh well, it's time to just do it, see what happens, if it happens then fuck-sticks! We shall see. On a side note I did run the trails at Crowders Mountain last week, nothing better... well almost.
