So I have been hiding out over the last month. I have been dealing with a nagging injury and have not been able to run for just over a month now and I am fucking tired of it (sorry pottie mouth). Haven't been too excited to write about the feeling of failure. I do not handle failure very well. Well I have started doing a couple short runs again in hopes of getting this thing going again.
